Add New Account

1. Tools Menu

From Outlook's Tools menu, select E-mail Accounts...

2. E-mail Accounts

Click the Add... button to create a new account.

4. Server Type

For Server Type, select "POP3" and click the Next button.

5. Internet E-mail Settings (POP3)

Your incoming and outgoing mail servers should both be set to mail.yourdomain.com, where yourdomain.com is your e-mail domain name. Under your logon information, you must enter your full e-mail address for the User Name, and your password. If you are the sole user of your PC, we recommend checking the "Remember Password" checkbox. If you share your PC with other users, we strongly advise against checking this setting as other users will have access to your e-mail account.

Be sure that you do not check the setting for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)". This feature is not currently supported.

Click the More Settings... button to enter the final information.

6. Internet E-mail Settings, General

For mail account, enter the name which you would like your e-mail account to appear under in Outlook. Fill in the other user information as required. We recommend setting the Reply E-mail the same as your full e-mail address.

Click the Outgoing Server tab.

7. Internet E-mail Settings, Outgoing Server

Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication." We recommend for ease of use selecting the "Use same settings as my incoming mail sever" option.

Click OK

8. Finishing up

Once you have completed the form, you can click Test Account Settings... to have Outlook verify that everything is configured properly. You will get an email in your Inbox if the test was successful. Click Next.

9. Setup complete

Click the Finish button to complete the setup of your new e-mail account.
