Outlook 2003Add New Account1. Tools MenuFrom Outlook's Tools menu, select E-mail Accounts...
2. E-mail AccountsWhen the E-mail Accounts window appears, check the radio button next to "Add a new e-mail account," then click the Next button to continue.
3. Select Server TypeFor Server Type, select POP3 and click the Next button.
4. Internet E-mail SettingsYour incoming and outgoing mail servers should both be set to mail.yourdomain.com, where yourdomain.com is your e-mail domain name. Under your logon information, you must enter your full e-mail address for the User Name, and your password. If you are the sole user of your PC, we recommend checking the "Remember Password" checkbox. If you share your PC with other users, we strongly advise against checking this setting as other users will have access to your e-mail account. Be sure that you do not check the setting for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)". This feature is not currently supported. Click the More Settings... button to enter the final information.
5. Internet E-mail Settings, General InformationFor mail account, enter the name which you would like your e-mail account to appear under in Outlook. Fill in the other user information as required. We recommend setting the Reply E-mail the same as your full e-mail address. Click the Outgoing Server tab.
6. Outgoing Server SettingsCheck "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication." We recommend for ease of use selecting the "Use same settings as my incoming mail sever" option. Click OK.
7. Testing the setupOnce you have completed the form, you can click Test Account Settings... to have Outlook verify that everything is configured properly. You will get an email in your Inbox if the test was successful. Click Next.
