OSX MailAdd New Account1. PreferencesFrom OSX Mail's Mail menu, select Preferences
2. AccountsWhen the Accounts window appears, select Accounts from the button bar. Click the Add Account button to continue.
3. Account InformationYour incoming mail server should be set to mail.yourdomain.com, where yourdomain.com is your e-mail domain name. Under your logon information, you must enter your full e-mail address for the User Name, and your password. Click on Add Server... drop down list.
4. SMTP Server OptionsYour outgoing mail server should be set to mail.yourdomain.com, where yourdomain.com is your e-mail domain name. Under your logon information, you must enter your full e-mail address for the User Name, and your password. The authentication type should be set to Password. Click on the OK button.
5. Finishing upClick the OK button to complete the setup of your new e-mail account.
Edit Existing Account1. PreferencesFrom OSX Mail's Mail menu, select Preferences
2. AccountsWhen the Accounts window appears, click once on the name of the configuration you wish to edit so that the configuration is highlighted. (For most users only one configuration will be listed. If you have old unused accounts listed you will want to delete the accounts, OSX Mail may encounter an error when trying to check an old unused account.) Click on Edit button to continue.
3. Account InformationYour incoming mail server should be set to mail.yourdomain.com, where yourdomain.com is your e-mail domain name. Under your logon information, you must enter your full e-mail address for the User Name, and your password. Click the Server Settings... button to continue.
4. SMTP Server OptionsYour outgoing mail server should be set to mail.yourdomain.com, where yourdomain.com is your e-mail domain name. Under your logon information, you must enter your full e-mail address for the User Name, and your password. The authentication type should be set to Password. Click the OK button.
5. Finishing upClick the OK button to complete the changes to your existing e-mail account configuration.
