Does Flexible Internet provide dial-up services?
  At this time, we do not offer dial-up service.  Flexible Internet specializes in providing dedicated connectivity and equipment Colocation services for businesses.
How do I access my e-mail through a web browser?
  Access to your e-mail account is available through our Webmail system.  To use Webmail, point your browser to http://mail.flexiblehost.com and log in using your normal User ID and password.  More help on using Webmail is available by clicking here.
How do I access my web site statistics?
  Access to website traffic reporting is available through our web control panel system.  To access the control panel, point your browser to http://stats.flxi.net and log in using your assigned control panel User ID and password.
How do I set up my e-mail client to access e-mail?

How do I upload my website?
  Flexible Internet supports FrontPage, FTP, and WebDAV access for uploading/managing your website.  Detailed instructions are available by clicking here.
I uploaded my website, but the "under construction" page is still showing.  How do I make my web site appear?
  Every new website that is activated has a default placeholder page named default.htm.  If your website uses a different default page like index.htm or index.html, the placeholder page may still be displayed rather than your website's default homepage.  To fix this, either delete the default.htm page from the website or rename your website's home page to default.htm and re-upload it.
I have a server colocated with Flexible Internet.  How do I view my server's traffic statistics?
  Every server colocated in our data center has MRTG statistics recorded for it.  These statistics are available through our web control panel system.  To access the control panel, point your browser to http://stats.flxi.net and log in using your assigned control panel User ID and password.
I have already registered my domain with another company, how do I make my domain work with your service?
  In order for Flexible Internet to provide DNS services for your domain, the domain record must be updated to use our name servers.  To change the name servers for your domain, please contact your registrar for instructions.  The information required for the registrar to use our domain name servers can be found by clicking here.

Please note that some registration services will not allow you to use our domain name servers.  If you have registered your domain with such a provider, you will need to transfer your domain to another registrar.

Why do I keep receiving SPAM e-mails from the flxi.net domain?
