Founded in 2000, Flexible Internet, LLC is a privately owned ISP located in Columbus, Ohio.  Flexible Internet's business was designed to provide high-quality managed services for business needs.  Our commitment to quality and competitive pricing has attracted customers seeking solutions for web hosting, e-mail hosting, dedicated connectivity, and managed security solutions.

Our Goals

Flexible Internet's founders created the business with two goals in mind: 1) To bring high quality business services to the small and medium sized business market for a fair price. We do not aim to be the lowest cost provider, we aim to be the provider that you never have a problem with. 2) To provide superior technical assistance when it is required by managing our customer relationships on an individual basis. To us, our customers are not numbers or faceless voices on the other end of the telephone. We are here to help businesses use the Internet as a resource, to help solve problems when they come up even if they are not with our own systems, and to make sure customers are always speaking with someone who knows their needs and understands their expectations.
